Our clients are involved in every step, from developing the brief to examining the wireframes, providing feedback on the user interface, and eventually testing the code.

Once we onboard a project, the project manager creates a detailed workflow on a project management tool. It includes the timelines, milestones and project deliverables. All deliverables are broken down into tasks that are assigned to the team members along with deadlines. Weekly meetings are held to ensure that everybody is on the right track!
